Cooking:Mint Tea.

                        Salaam to you all, I heartily welcome you all on WS Diary. Today, I bring a new recipe on Mint tea .  Before mint tea we should know about mint and its properties.   It is a common herb of Mentha family .  Toothpaste, mouthwash, breath  mints , and chewing gum are all commonly flavored with  mint . In addition to freshening breath,  mint  is also  used  to add flavor to foods and drinks.  Mint  is known for adding a fresh flavor to  mint  chocolate chip ice cream, mojito cocktails, and lamb dishes. Its properties are;       1.Rich in nutrients.        2.Miraculously antioxident.       3.Could improve brain functioning.       4.Help in improving abdominal problems.        5.Also improve cold symptoms.       6.May improve bad breathing.       7.Easy to add in your diet.           A little discription post on the benefits and properties of mint is also present on my blogging page Your Health n Care .
