    Mint tea benefits:

Essential oils are released when you put fresh mint leaves in hot water. This process is what gives the herbal tea its refreshing flavor and potential health benefits. These essential oils are also antiviral and antimicrobial, which can benefit your immune system and help your body fight infection. Mint tea is rich in antioxidants that help in reducing problems of skin pores to a specific extent. Besides, antioxidants are beneficial in skin repairing and regrowth. They also help to visibly reverse the damages occurring under the layers of the skin due to the ageing process.

Now, let`s start making mint tea......

        1.Ingredients:

As it is easy to make you don`t need much ingredients for its preperation. Yo can take fresh or dried mint leaves. In my opinion to get the realastic flavour and better benefits you should have to use fresh leaves.

       2.Preparetion:

Warm the water in a pot. Add 4-6 mint leaves per glass. Let it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. You can change the timing regarding to the strongness of tea you want to drink.

You can also add sweetner in hot water if you needed. If you want to give a organic touch to your tea, you can also add honey or agave. Or to enhance the taste of mint tea you can add levender, jasmin, ginger or lemon in your tea. Moreover it is perfect to drink as it is.
