Cooking:Mint Tea.

                        Salaam to you all, I heartily welcome you all on WS Diary. Today, I bring a new recipe on Mint tea .  Before mint tea we should know about mint and its properties.   It is a common herb of Mentha family .  Toothpaste, mouthwash, breath  mints , and chewing gum are all commonly flavored with  mint . In addition to freshening breath,  mint  is also  used  to add flavor to foods and drinks.  Mint  is known for adding a fresh flavor to  mint  chocolate chip ice cream, mojito cocktails, and lamb dishes. Cooking: Doughnuts.

   Assalam-o-Alaikum, humble greetings to all readers from WS Diary. Today, I have a new and simple recipe. We are going to make "Doughnuts". Before the startup, I want to mention some words about "Doughnuts".            A doughnut or donut is a type of leavened fried dough. It is liked among all ages, kids, old and young one`s. `Doughnut` is a traditional spelling, whilst `Donut` is the simplest version. Both terms are often used interchangeably in English Language.           Doughnuts in different shapes. Doughnuts are usually deep fried form of flour dough. It can either be in ring shape or or in number of shapes without hole and often filled.   Let start our recipe......    1.Ingredients: Ingredients.                  This one is a easy recipe and it will take a little time for preparation. Firstly, we need 2 cups of all purpose flour, half cup of suji(granular flour or semolina), 2 cup powdered sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon oil, half teaspoon baking powder

Cooking : Kashmiri Tea.

         Salaam to you all, I wish you all will be well. Today, I bring a cooking recipe to you all. This one is a easy herbal tea , may you will like it. In Pakistan it is commonly used at wedding ceremonies. Here I have a unique formula to make it. Traditional Kashmiri Tea. First, I want to set forth its initiative facts. It is also known as "Shirr  Chai" or "Pink tea". It is a traditional tea beverage, originated from the Kashmir Valleys. It is made with gunpowder tea(green leaves rolled into small balls), milk and baking soda. I have a new and simple recipe of Kashmiri Tea. I expect you all will like it. So, let we start...….. 1.Ingredients:  Ingredients.             We are gonna to make 6 cups of Kashmiri tea. For this, we need 2 cup of purified or simple drinking water, 1 cup of cold water, 4 cup of daily use milk. The main ingredients of tea are 2 inch cinnamon, 5 to 6 star anise, 1 piece of mace and 2 to 3 green cardamom. Instead of gunpowder tea we will u
